I believe gifts for special occasions should be meaningful and considered — not just big, expensive gestures. That’s why I bake, create, and decorate every cupcake and treat box with care and love right here in Berkhamsted. All seasonal gifts are made to order, with pre-ordering required, and are available for local collection only.

A. All seasonal gifts are collection only. This helps ensure your cakes, cupcakes, and treat boxes arrive in perfect condition and are enjoyed exactly as intended.

A. Yes, all seasonal gifts are made to order, so pre-ordering is required. This allows me to plan, bake, and decorate each item with care rather than rushing last-minute orders.

Q. When do I collect my order?

A. Each seasonal product has specific collection dates and times, which are clearly listed in the product information. Please check these details before ordering to make sure the collection works for you.

Q. Can I choose a different collection date or time?

A. Seasonal collections take place on set dates only, and unfortunately alternative dates or times can’t be offered. This helps keep everything running smoothly during busy seasonal periods.

Q. Can I customise a seasonal gift?

A. Seasonal designs are created to a set theme to ensure consistency, availability and to keep costs down for you. Customisation may be limited during busy periods, but any options will be clearly shown on the product page. Alternatively you can order customised cupcakes from my cupcake page here.

Q. What if I miss the pre-order deadline?

A. You are welcome to get in touch and I will let you know if a late order is possible. Generally, once pre-orders close, no additional orders can be taken as seasonal slots are limited and often sell out, so ordering early is always recommended.
